Palmgren® Heads to Atlanta for Blade Show 2024: Showcasing Three New Blade Show Special Packages

As the excitement builds for Blade Show 2024, Palmgren is thrilled to announce its participation in this prestigious event, held from June 7th to June 9th in Atlanta, Georgia. 6” 3/4HP 115/240V Variable Speed Bench Buffer: This deluxe variable speed buffer delivers the power, precision and versatility to handle a wide range of finishing applications. At maximum rpm’s they are built for intermediate blending, polishing and surface conditioning applications. At the lower rpm range they effectively handle the more delicate final finishing, polishing, buffing and surface finish refinement operations.
3-Speed 10: Metal Cutting Vertical Band Saw: This metal cutting vertical band saw features a welded steel frame construction and a solid cast iron table surface to ensure durability. With its 3-speed design it is perfect for cutting ferrous and non-ferrous metals. A convenient, quick tensioning and comprehensive tracking mechanism makes blade changing quick and easy. The saw also features a rip fence, miter gauge and dust collection port.
4” SG Ductile Iron Bench Vise: This high-quality industrial duty vises are made from SG ductile cast iron which offers a remarkable strength to weight ratio. Built to handle some of the toughest applications, these vises are guaranteed unbreakable and have all the features necessary to hold a workpiece securely in place allowing work to be performed on it.
2” x 42” Belt 6” Disc Finishing Machine: This Bench Finishing Machine, sands, finishes, polishes, deburrs and contours all types of materials and parts. The direct drive power train with a heavy duty capacitor motor allows the unit to work under load without slowing or bogging down. A great addition to any workshop.

The grinding belts can be changed, tool free, in seconds with our single handle quick release system. Adhesive discs can be quickly swapped out. For optimum use, the belt arm can tilt from 0-90° to quickly change between grinding applications. Plus, you can control the angle of your disc sanding with the provided miter gauge. The variable speed drive system allows for between 2,355-6,280 SFPM for the belt and 900 to 2400 RPM for the disc. Dial in a speed to fit your specific application.
