Palmgren Shipping Policy
Minimum Order
A minimum order of $25.00 (net cost) applies to all finished goods and accessories. Replacement parts have no minimum order requirement.
FREIGHT PROGRAM
All Palmgren orders ship from the C.H. Hanson warehouse in Naperville, Illinois.

UPS or FedEx Shipments ship either collect or prepaid (billed on the invoice).

Truck Shipments ship collect via our carrier of choice, unless otherwise specified on the purchase order. Any additional costs associated with a distributor or customer-specified carrier are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Please note that any freight surcharges incurred from the carrier will be passed through to the distributor/customer.
Free Freight (Prepaid Shipping)
Free freight is available on qualifying single-location orders within the Continental United States:

| All other Palmgren products | $2,000.00 net cost |
Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada: Orders of $2,950.00 or more (net cost) ship prepaid to a single location.
Note for Canadian Orders: C.H. Hanson covers the freight charge only. All duties, customs clearance fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the distributor/customer.
Outside the Continental U.S.: Orders can ship to a U.S. port per the thresholds above. Additional international shipping charges may apply and are the responsibility of the distributor/customer.
SHORTAGES AND DAMAGE CLAIMS
Ownership and responsibility transfer to the consignee once the shipment is delivered to the carrier (F.O.B. Factory, Naperville, Illinois), regardless of who pays shipping costs.
Upon receiving your shipment, please:

Inspect all goods immediately upon delivery.

Note any shortages or damages directly on the carrier's delivery document at the time of delivery.

Submit any claims for loss or damage to the carrier within 7 days of receipt.
Claims submitted after 7 days cannot be honored by the carrier or C.H. Hanson.
